Support for family as mum navigates Stage IV Melanoma
Canterbury
In December last year I was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage II Melanoma on my forehead at age 38. After skin graft surgery to remove the Melanoma a PET scan has now discovered the cancer has spread to the lungs and is now Stage IV.
Throughout this journey my husband has been so supportive and has been the rock for our family. Due to surgery and immunotherapy treatment I have been unable to work, which like many families navigating cancer and the unexpected costs that arise associated with this, has put a massive strain on him to keep us afloat financially.
We know finances are tight for everyone but would greatly appreciate any support and prayers as we navigate our family through this.
travel, parking, unfunded prescriptions, and everyday living costs while ability to work is reduced during treatment.
