    We’re incredibly proud to share that the boys have now completed their journey at the VEX Robotics World Championship in St. Louis, and what an amazing result it has been!

    Competing against around 400 top teams from countries all over the world, they fought their way through the competition and were crowned Division Champions, earning their place in the World Championship Finals. From there, they continued to push their limits and ultimately achieved an outstanding 4th place in the world 🏆

    This is truly an incredible accomplishment, and a testament to their hard work, resilience, teamwork, and determination. Watching them compete on the world stage, represent New Zealand 🇳🇿, and stand among the very best teams globally has been a proud and unforgettable moment for all of us.

    Beyond the results, this journey has been about growth, friendship, and experience. The boys have learned so much, supported each other every step of the way, and embraced every challenge with courage and positivity.

    We would not have made it here without the generous support from all of you, our friends, family, school, and community. Your encouragement, donations, and belief in the team made this dream possible. Thank you so much for standing behind them 🙏

    They return home with not only an incredible result, but also lifelong memories and inspiration for the future.

    Another exciting update — the boys have now made their appearance on the World Championship stage!

    It’s an incredibly proud moment seeing these young New Zealanders representing their country on such a global platform. The energy, atmosphere, and scale of the event are truly amazing.

    We are so proud of them — not just for getting here, but for the teamwork, dedication, and courage they’ve shown along the way.

  • Arrived in St. Louis — Ready for the World Championship!

    The boys have safely arrived and met up in St. Louis, ready for the VEX Robotics World Championship.

    The venue looks fantastic and very well organised, with clear entrances for competitors, volunteers, and family supporters. The boys are now busy setting up their team area and getting everything ready for the competition.

    It is very exciting to see their teamwork, focus, and energy as they prepare for this amazing experience.

    We wish them all the very best — enjoy every moment, have fun, and do your best!

  • From NZ to the World Stage – Wearing Our Colours with Pride

    We’re excited to share a quick update on the boys’ journey to the VEX Robotics World Championship!

    Recently, the team took part in an online interview as part of the competition process. During the interview, they were asked to explain how they designed and built their robot, from the mechanical structure to the problem-solving behind it. They also shared how they developed their autonomous programming, enabling the robot to make decisions and operate independently. It was a great opportunity for them to showcase not only their technical skills, but also their teamwork, creativity, and ability to think critically under pressure.

    This week, the boys will be heading to St. Louis to compete on the world stage. They are now fully prepared and proudly wearing their brand-new team uniforms, featuring their team logo and school support.

    We wish them all the best as they represent New Zealand, have fun, give it your all, and enjoy every moment of this incredible experience!

  • Thank You for the Amazing Start!

    Thank you so much to everyone who has supported the boys so far, we are incredibly grateful!

    In just the first few days we have raised $230, which is a fantastic start.

    The boys are now continuing their preparation for the VEX Robotics World Championship in the USA, where they will represent New Zealand against teams from around the world.

    If you haven't had a chance yet, any support, big or small, will help them get there.
