My first time representing New Zealand in Wheelchair Basketball. We are playing in Thailand in November.

Kia ora koutou, I have been selected to play for the New Zealand Men's Wheelchair Basketball Team, the WBNZ Roller Blacks. I will be competing in a Tri-Series Tournament against Thailand and South Africa. This will be held at the Supanari High Performance Centre, Thailand, from 16th - 24th November 2019.
The total cost per person (including airfares, accommodation and meals) is NZ$2,048.
Wheelchair Basketball is one of the biggest wheelchair sports in the world, and the Roller Blacks need to compete at an international level so that we can keep up with international standards. New Zealand is in the Asia/Oceania zone with 29 other countries, and we rate 6th-10th in the zone.
This is my first time representing New Zealand and it's a big honour. But Wheelchair Basketball gets no government funding, so I have to raise all the money myself.
Whakawhetai ki a koe.

Funds will pay for airfares, accommodation and food. Any money left or not used will go towards future wheelchair basketball comps.
