Please help Tessie get her tumours out

In April, Tessie my 11-year-old shih tzu started having episodic panting and agitation. Tessie was lethargic, would barely eat, and she'd lost so much weight that I could feel her spine and pelvis. On 20/06, she had an abdominal ultrasound that showed two adrenal gland tumours with malignant characteristics. On 27/06 we saw a specialist and discussed options. Surgery was recommended as adrenal gland tumours are aggressive and often metastasise. Before the surgery referral, we would need a head, chest, and abdominal CT scan to check for metastatic spread and pituitary mass. At this appointment Tessie's bp was >300mmHg - we started her on bp medication immediately. On 2/07 Tessie underwent her CT scan and was diagnosed with a left adrenal gland tumour and a right-sided liver tumour. 25/07 Tessie had her surgical consult - the surgeon reviewed her notes and imaging and believes that Tessie is a good candidate for surgery and that it needs to be done as soon as possible.

Current situation

- Tessie has an adrenal tumour and a liver tumour, both need to be surgically removed

- They haven't spread to her lymph nodes or other organs so this needs to be done before it spreads.
