Help this fur baby get the surgery he needs

Hi people, I am trying to raise funds for not only my best friend but my therapy Dog Gizmo.

He is a 19 month old Rottweiler and is one hell off a survivor/fighter not only did I save him he saved me, this special boy has had a long journey after battling birth defects and major reconstruction surgery costing now 16,000 but the love and need for my boy is worth much more than any amount off money, being diagnosed with severe ptsd Gizmo is my therapy he is an amazing comforter and gentle giant. And I am now reaching out to society for help after a freak accident on Sunday Gizmo has broken his tibia in his hind leg which is the main weight bearing bone and requires a surgery on Thursday he is currently at home trying to keep him as comfortable as possible and on pain relief.
