Help to get my life back on track

My name is Gian, I'm 38 years old, my whole life I have always worked hands on with everything. Ever since I was a child, I was always in the garden or helping my neighbor in the garage. I have always enjoyed doing physical work. It's all I've known to do.

I was working as a mechanic labourer a couple of years ago but had a work injury tearing my tendon in my forearm so badly that there is no more blood flow to the tendon. ACC was happy to cover me up until the time the surgeon stated I needed surgery asap to fix my arm or things can turn out very badly for it, which then ACC decided to decline to cover, which then resulted in me losing my weekly cover from ACC. It's been close to a year now since they declined me and my arm is desperately needing surgery. I have lost my job, I have lost the ability to do physical work, depression and anxiety has crept in. I normally would be too stubborn to ask for help, but to get my life back, it depends on this surgery. The longer this goes on, the worse the outcome will be for my arm to heal.

Please help me get my surgery and help me get my life back on track.
