A big thank you to everyone who has donated so far! Tremayne has made his target which is incredible. Thank you all so much for your part in his athletics journey. Tremayne has been very busy still with his athletics! This week, he competed for his school, Avondale College, in the Intermediate Boys division. He successfully won the High Jump event over other boys from Auckland Grammar, Mt Albert Grammar and a large number of other schools also trying to take an automatic qualifying spot for Auckland Zones Champs. Tremayne won the High Jump with a clearance of 1.70m. He also came 3rd in his 100m hurdles race, and helped his Intermediate boys team as the starter runner for the 4x100m relay. We are delighted he continues to enjoy success this half of the season. At the end of March is the Auckland Zones Champs - can't wait!

Absolutely delighted to report back on Tremayne's recent success over the weekend at the Athletics Auckland Championship Competition. Tremayne came away with a Bronze medal for his efforts in the 14 Boys 100m Hurdles, AND came away with a Gold Medal for his 1.70m jump clearance in the Under 16 Men's High Jump (breaking club record again) - and we recently found out, he managed his 1.70m jump with a fractured arm no less!! Oh my goodness! Well done Tremayne!
