Help Two Brothers Chase Our BMX Dreams. Raising money ourselves to help pay for travel costs so we can keep racing and chasing our dreams.
Ellerslie, Auckland
We are two brothers from Auckland with a shared passion for BMX racing, and we are raising funds to help us keep competing at the highest level. We have both worked hard for years to improve and are proud of what we have achieved through dedication, perseverance, and love for the sport.
Sota started BMX at 5 and began racing seriously at 6. Since then, he has built a strong record at regional, national, and international level. His results include 1st at the Oceania Championships, 1st at the Asian Championships, 3rd at the NZ BMX Championships, 5th at the 2025 NZ South Island Titles, and 2nd in 2026, showing strong progress year by year. In March 2026, he became NZ No. 1 at the National Championships in Te Awamutu. This year, he has been selected to represent NZ at the BMX World Championships for the first time.
Haru has also achieved strong results, including 6th at the Asian Championships, 7th at both the NZ South Island Titles and the Oceania Championships, as well as a strong performance at a recent international competition in Australia.
As Kiwi-born Japanese riders, we are proud to represent both sides of our background. Through BMX, we hope to bridge two cultures, inspire young riders, and help grow the sport in our community.
