We have set this fundraiser up so that my auntie can grieve for the loss of her amazing son instead of worrying about money.

I am writing and creating this page on behalf of my auntie as she is going through a lot right now (these are my aunties words)

Yesterday my 16 year old son was tragically and suddenly taken from us. I'm a solo mum of 3 and there's no way I can afford to pay for a funeral. This should be a time for grieving not stressing about money. Tyson deserves the best send off and I would love to give that to him. He was a great son and an awesome big brother. We still cant believe he's gone. Any help would be really really appreciated.

These Funds are going to be 100% used for the funeral costs not covered by ACC to give Tyson the send off he deserves.

Appreciation and Acc 23 November 2020

I am writing this on the day of my younger cousins funeral to say from myself and the family a massive thank you for everything you the community have done. The outpour of love and support from all of you people has been amazing and it warms my family's hearts on this tragic day. We have also decided to leave the donating open so if it continues any excess will be used to help my auntie (Tyson's Mother) in the coming months also there were a few people saying that some of the funeral can be covered by acc this is true but we are only able to receive 6k from them and its a chance we will get it as we have had to apply for it. The overall quote for the funeral is 13k. Thank you all so so so much KIA KAHA Love you New Zealand.
