Help us adopt baby Kahn

We have been fostering my cousins baby for 8mths. We got him at 6 days old. We applied to home for life him should his parents fail to get him back. 3 mths ago he went up home for life but Orange Tamariki failed to tell us. They then conviently lost our application and told us they only approved us for transitional care.

Just over a week ago they took him off us. Using paperwork that was meant for his mother, pretending it was for us. They have lied, many times. Refuse to give us answers. Won't allow us to see him. Or get him back. So we have got a very good lawyer and due to the nature of taking on Oranga Tamariki, we can't get legal aid.

Therefore we are asking/begging for help. From anyone that loves him. Anyone that believes in family raising uplifted kids. Anyone that has had enough of OT destroying families. Please help us pay the legal fees, to get him back and get him home for life. We love him. Our kids love him. And he deserves to be with family for life. No other family are allowed him.

We dont want to give up just because we can't afford a lawyer to take them on. The lawyer willing to help us is in Tauranga and is $380 an hour. She is the ONLY lawyer able to take on an urgent case and has experience dealing with OT.

If we have any funds left over assuming we get it sorted quickly and lots of help, then I'd love to pay back the families that have helped us, providing somewhere to stay and helping us fight for him.
