Help Us Bring Healthy Harold to More Tamariki

$50 donated
Given by 2 generous donors in around 4 months

Healthy Harold visits WBOP schools, teaching 7,500+ tamariki each year about wellbeing, healthy choices, and resilience.

Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty

For over 30 years, Healthy Harold, our friendly giraffe, has been helping children across New Zealand learn about making healthy choices. In the Western Bay of Plenty alone, we reach over 7,500 tamariki each year, visiting primary and intermediate schools with our mobile classrooms.

Through fun, hands-on lessons, children explore nutrition, physical activity, emotional wellbeing, and digital safety. They learn to build resilience, make positive decisions, and understand their bodies in a safe, engaging environment. These early lessons create habits and mindsets that can last a lifetime.

Our Healthy Harold Programme relies on community support to keep rolling. Donations help fund mobile classroom visits, teaching resources, and trained educators who bring the lessons to life. Every contribution, big or small, empowers children to lead healthier, happier lives.

Join us in making a real difference—help Healthy Harold continue his important work, inspiring tamariki across the Western Bay of Plenty to thrive.
