Help us farewell our Beloved Frenchie, Carloe

This is really hard to write but we are asking for a little help to lay our beautiful boy Carloe to rest.

Carloe has been a part of our family for the last 6.5 years. We brought him home from Waihi as an 8wk old puppy on 14 July 2019 and from that moment he became such a huge part of our family. He wasn't just a pet - he was our companion, our protector and a constant source of comfort and joy.

At 1am on 18 Nov 2025 Carloe had his first of many seizures. We rushed him to the vet only to be told that he either has a brain tumour or spinal injury. He was placed on anti-seizure medication - the medication took its toll on him over the last three months we saw him change and become of shell of the happy excited always playful self. His condition worsened so quickly last week that, heartbreakingly, we had to say goodbye to him on Friday 9 January 2026.

We are now facing the cost of his cremation of $490 so that we can bring him home and with everything else that is going on this has been really hard to manage financially. Any contribution no matter how small would mean so much to me and my 3 kids and would help us give Carloe the dignified farewell he deserves.
