Help us raise funds to get our students to Music Tour 2025.

    Hi there everyone. I just wanted to do a final shout out to everybody to say one last time, a huge thank you for your support this year in our fundraiser. We have just returned last night and we are all exhausted but had such a wonderful time away together. We did five performances at primary schools and Retirement Centre’s, we managed to get out and see some of the beautiful scenery of the Bay of Plenty area as well as many of my students have never been down that way before. Sure, I got no sleep but that’s what coffee is for right? At the end of tour I received a handwritten card from one of my year 13 students with beautiful words about how music tour over the last four years of their lives has really made an impact on her confidence and ability to grow new friends. They were hugely thankful for the opportunities to go away and have these experiences And they will remember them forever. That’s why I do what I do I guess. Thanks again everybody, you are all amazing people.

  • Final 4 days to go - Last chance to help out

    Hi everyone.

    Well....we are in the final 4 days of our fundraiser. Again, thank you so much if you have already donated so generously. It would be amazing though if we were able to get close to our target so, this is my last call out for anyone who was thinking about donating some money to get our disadvantaged kids on tour this year. I appreciate all of the kinds words and best wishes that have been passed on to us. Thank you again for your kindness. Let's see if we can get to the $10,000 target. Let's go.

  • $425 away from making thentarget

    Hi everyone.

    I have just received an awesome offer from one of my past students from my Westlake High School days. They have said that they will donate $500 if others can donate up to the same value which would then get us to our target.

    If anyone out there has the ability to help or has been thinking of helping, this is the perfect time. If we can raise $500 then my secret donar will match it. Let’s go people.

  • WOW! We have nearly made our target

    Hi everyone.

    I have felt so blessed over this last month from everyone who has donated some money for our music tour this year. With all of these amazing generous donations we are going to get approximately 70 students to come away on our music tour and be part of this wonderful time where they get to share their music with the young and the not so young. Its a wonderful time where our young people grow in confidence, build solid relationships with one another and get to engage with people they don’t always get to engage with on a normal daily basis. If you know of anyone that would be willing to help us get to our target, then share the word and help us push to the end line. Once again, thank you so much everyone for your amazing generosity.

  • Help us raise funds to get as many of our young people on music tour this year.

    Firstly, thank you for everyone who has generously donated some money towards our fundraising venture. Every year we try and take as many of our young people away for a few days to share our music with primary schools and Retirement Centres throughout the upper North Island. This is such an awesome opportunity for many of our kids, for some of them, have never ventured out of Auckland before.

    We know that times are tough at the moment but I still know that generosity is alive. If you have any ability to help our young people raise funds to come on this tour we would be hugely appreciative.
