Help Volunteers in the Ukraine Directly

We are a family from the Ukraine, I'm Marina, 40 years old, my husband is Alex, & our daughter is Nika, 10 years old. We came to NZ 8 years ago, we live & work rurally in Matamata, Waikato.

The invasion of troops from Russia into Ukraine is accompanied by a humanitarian catastrophe, the dimensions of which have not been known to our country since the WW2. Every day Russian invaders carry out rocket and bomb strikes on peaceful cities of Ukraine and their inhabitants.

Our family and friends are in the Ukraine Dnepropetrovsk region - where a huge number of civilians from Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporozhye regions are arriving seeking refuge. Many of these people fled the war in a hurry and have nothing.

We urgently need to provide assistance to these people, we humbly ask all those who are able to please provide any financial assistance. We will send all the funds from you directly to these 3 volunteers in the Ukraine - Dnepropetrovsk region for the following purposes:

Sergienko Svetlana - provision of food and medicines

Sviridenko Valentina – food supply

Dedoborets Polina - production of protective equipment - bulletproof vests, camouflage nets
