Help "Wakachangi Express" Raise Serious $$$ On The Mongol Rally 2018

Luke, Ryan and Angus, have decided to drive a "small and s***" car 16,000 kms from London to Mongolia for the life-saving Air Rescue Trust.

The Wakachangi Express boys will be partaking in the greatest motoring adventure on the planet -The Mongol Rally. This epic race thunders 10,000 miles across the mountains, deserts and steppes of Eastern Europe and Asia each summer. There’s no backup, no support and no set route; just you, your fellow adventurists and a tiny 1000cc car. If nothing goes wrong, everything has gone wrong.

Starting in late June we will head from New Zealand, to England where we will pick up our car and get the necessary modifications squared away in preparation for the journey.

The chosen route takes us through England, France, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria , Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakstan, Russia and Mongolia.

The rules are simple:

1. You can only take a fiercely small vehicle of 1 litre/1000cc or less

2. You’re completely on your own

3. You have to raise £1000 to "save the world "

Mongol rules state at least 500 pounds (approx NZ$900) must go to Cool Earth, which buys back rainforest to protect. (www.coolearth.org)
