Hi Lizzy, I’m a retired real estate agent (21 years) and do handyman work for a couple of property management companies just to keep active. While I’m not a qualified tradesman I’d be happy to donate time to Wendy’s project. I have all the tools plus a great waterblaster, a van, a cage trailer and I’m happy to pay dump fees if that’ll move things forward for you. Hi Lizzy, I'm to am not a tradesman, but I can help with anything not required to be completed by a tradesman, i would love to touch base personally with u, help u get started b4 you start getting tradesman in for renovations, I could also mow lawns and do gardens or other yard work if needed, and the money normally spent on those things could be added to the house repairs and renovations perhaps, pls email me on below email.

Hi Lizzy, I would love to help with fixing the house. Unfortunately I am not a tradesman but would love to help with stripping wallpaper and taking old carpet etc to the dump.

Hi Lizzy, how many rooms need new wallpaper? I have some old rolls that should still be ok to use (pretty plain stuff but better than what she has). I'm really happy to pitch in and help. Have you tried groups like Lions or the Rovers - they often need community projects to do and, in the case of the Rovers, they are all young health energetic people who can get a ton of work done. Hopefully you get a skip bin company on board and perhaps someone like Bunnings to donate some click together flooring. you are such a wonderful person for organising this. Nancy
