✨ Help Us Create a Special Memory for Willow ✨

This week, Willow’s therapy dog, closest pal and constant companion Winter was tragically attacked on their property right in front of her. Despite every effort, his injuries were too severe and he had to be put to sleep.

Willow is heartbroken and traumatised. Winter was her safe space, her best friend, and her emotional support. While her mum works on getting Willow the support she needs through this grief and trauma, we’d love to do something meaningful to help her healing.

We are hoping to get Willow a beautiful sterling silver remembrance necklace that holds a portion of Winter’s ashes—something she can keep close to her heart every day. The necklace we’d love to get for her is $399, made by an NZ business run by mums.

Willow’s mum is currently paying off a large unexpected vet bill from the incident, so I thought we could come together and try to make this gift possible for her. Times are tough for everyone and there is absolutely no pressure—even sharing this page means so much.

If we are blessed enough to raise more than the necklace cost, the remainder will be put into Willow’s own bank account so she can do something special in Winter’s memory.

Navigating this loss has been very hard emotionally. Any kindness shown here will truly help her feel supported, loved, and held during an incredibly painful time.
