My Brother is a Kiwi Citizen and unfortunately has not been able to work, recieve any benefits or pursue any kind of education past the age of 18 whilst living in the UK. He is officially stranded with no way to return and can't earn money to achieve this himself, to make things worse Q-Hotels more than double travel expenses.

Updated passport, Flights and quarantine accommodation upon arrival.
