Help Zephyr get medical care

Zephyr is a semi feral cat that appeared in my garden a few weeks ago. He was limping, clearly sick and overall not in a good condition. I caught him, took him to the vet and advertised on as many forums as possible. No one stepped forward to claim him so after being neutered and dosed up with antibiotics, Zephyr returned home with me. We've since been back to the vets and he's on a second round of antibiotics for his eyes, been flea treated and wormed. Unfortunately he's not quite done yet. He still has a limp and the vet thinks he may have a dislocated hip. X-rays are needed and follow up help. I need to raise some funds so I can get Zephyr the rest of the help he needs.
