Amanda needs your assistance in fulfilling her DREAM to play for NZ at the "2016 AAU Inline Hockey Junior Olympics"
Auckland
Amanda 2 years ago joined Mt. Wellington Panther Inline Hockey Club as she found a sport that is fast paced and exhilarating to play.
She has been in the U14 grade consisting of mainly boys and has progressed rapidly. Last year she was the only girl but was considered "one of us".
Amanda has been playing with her club team against the northern regional round robin travelling to Kerikeri and the North Shore Glenfield she has played in tournaments travelling to Waihi, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Wellington.
In her respective grade she has been selected to play in the National and Regional team.
Last year her Under 14 National team won GOLD.
2016 CHALLENGE is to play for NZ at the AAU Inline Hockey, Junior Olympics held in Hawaii travelling July to this event.
Amanda trialed late last year spending her 14th birthday away from us for an opportunity to be selected.
She was successful and now selected in the Under 14 Junior Women NZ team.
This would be a surreal experience, playing and watching the best of the best from various countries.
Amanda feels honored to have been selected, she is now needing your help in covering the costs associated with attending an event of a lifetime.
I'm Jocelyn Amanda's mother and No 1 supporter.
It's been an awesome experience watching Amanda play to her best every game against boys bigger than her and she has never been afraid to stand her ground on the rink.
Being a NZ representative comes at an extra cost so therefore this site gives me the opportunity to ask for a little assistance in helping her No 1 fan fulfill Amanda's DREAM
