The Andersen family have lost everything after unknowingly moving into a methamphetamine contaminated rental home

Bay of Plenty

I have set this up for a friend and her family, they have recently had their house tested for methamphetamine. Unfortunately for the family the house results came back with a high level of methamphetamine contamination. Kim and Ryan rented this home for 11 months. When they moved in Kim was pregnant with their youngest who is now 7 months, and also had a 2 year old daughter who is now 3. As their house tested positive for methamphetamine contamination they have lost everything and have to start all over again, they are staying with family, while its ok for now ryan has to travel 30+ minutes a day to get to work and then 30+ minutes to get home 5 days a week, I have set this up in hopes to help them get back on their feet.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
