EQC FAILS

For 5 almost 6 years I've single handedly fort for my home, for what's ours EQC refuse to put my claim over cap, after having two finalised DRA reports writing my property off done 5 years apart by my insurance company EQC stil tried to settle my claim with a $67,000 payout that was sent directly to my bank with out any engagement with me. We should be a rebuild.....

HELP, I've contemplated dying over this ending it all, the banks threatening morgagee sale the rates are in arrears and I as a now solo parent of two one severely mentally disabled as a result of the trauma of the Feb earthquake I cannot manage any longer, we live in Marlborough as the house was not suitable for my children, I'm paying rent here, and morgage in chch, fully insured and because of my sons needs I cannot hold down a job so am on solo parent support.

I just need some help while I FIGHT EQC.
