Car accident

My car was accident by a car model bmw (car plate number CPJ887)

i found out online this guy address & this guys using someone address, we check this car have no insurance & rego Expired 2month already.

I have only third party insurance.

The insurance company said they will not responsibility on this time claim.

This is my first accident in my 7 years driving experience. ..

I go to panel workshop & they quote my car will cost more than 4K.

I really can't afford the cost of repairing because i need to go study for my culinary cookery next year. 20 k one years for international student, I need to study two years to get my diploma .

I am a chef & i love to cooking.

if i don't have diploma in cookery, is very difficult to find a job in new Zealand.

I hope someone can help me..

I do have witnesses when the accident happened (the bmw speed up to hit me when there is a construction on the road )

When He speed up, me and the contractor (witnesses ) can feel he

drive more than 50kmh.

Please help me ...
