Help Chelsea Evans as she faces a battle with bone cancer
Southland
Chelsea is a bright and bubbly person who doesn't like to cause a fuss. She sees the positive in everyone and everything. You can be guaranteed to get a smile shared with you from Chelsea. This brave young girl and her family now need our support to help ease the burden of everyday life and it's costs as Chelsea faces a battle with bone cancer away from home and her friends.
i'm involved with setting this page up on behalf of our schools PTA to help the Evans family as Chelsea faces a battle with bone cancer.
Update on Chelsea's Treatment 4 February 2016
We would like to thank all those who have donated for their generosity.
In December Chelsea received a bone transplant operation. Unfortunately the results came back that Chelsea has two very rare high grade cancers. Both of these cancers do not respond to radiation or chemotherapy.
Chelsea is now back at home in Tuatapere with her family travelling back to Christchurch every few weeks for follow up appointments and is about to start twice weekly trips to Invercargill for physiotherapy.
Please continue to support this family to help ease the burden.
