Heart Surgery For Subhash Chandra

$1,395 of $10,000 goal

Raise funds for Subhash Chandra's Open Heart Surgery who is undergoing some difficult times health-wise and financially.

Auckland

I've set this page up to raise funds for my cousin brother Subhash Chandra (originally from Vatudova, Labasa, Fiji now residing in Suva - see photo) who needs financial assistance back in Fiji for his Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting surgery scheduled for first qtr of 2016. He has received an estimated quote from the Ministry of Health and Medical services for a sum of $25k FJD to carry out all that is required for this CABG surgery.

Unfortunately there isn't much time so all efforts and avenues are being looked at. Give a little is a means to make this happen in such short time and I recommend that this be the primary means - we are also trying other options. Please if there are any doubts about this page, do let me know or read about Give-a-little and it's authenticity.

For those that would like to see formal documentation from CWM Hospital/Ministry of Health and Medical Services Fiji can email me (jayesh.dutt@gmail.com) directly for a copy. For obvious security and personal reasons I'm not making the medical certificates public.

Thank you in advance.

Jay Dutt (NZ)

for my cousin Subhash.
