Football Isabella

Hi my name is Isabella Crofskey

I'm 12 years old and have been selected by the Central Football Federation Talent Squad under 13 to train and play in Sydney in July 2017.

I've played football for 8 years now and I've made it into the Taranaki Federation Skill Center for the past 2 years. This year I've been selected into the U13 Central Football Federation Talent Squad as Goal Keeper.

With this comes training twice a week locally and each month I travel to Palmerston North for extensive training and regional games.

I will be going on a Football Tour to Sydney on the 9th July and return 14th July 2017 with all other regional teams. While there I will be put to the test and get extensive training from some very experienced instructors and also play against Australian teams. This will all hopefully lead to a scholarship opportunity for me to forge some great skills and knowledge.

At present I going to New Plymouth Girls High School as a year 9 student. Last year I was at Bell Block School and I loved my time there. I got to be Whanau Leader for our Takahe House group and I got my Honors badge by working hard with the school beliefs which are "Our Best Always" which helped me learn to push myself and to never give up.

My Parents are right beside me with where I want to be but need a hand to get me over the line towards my goal to represent New Zealand in the future for football.
