I just want to help Jack out he is the most positive teenager I have ever met and never complains but he is currently having Radiotherapy treatment daily and staying in the cancer unit in Hamilton 5 days a week. He's the youngest there and its hard going for him and his Mum Christine, please help ease some of the burden by donating to this cause

Jack is a family friend and I just really want to help him out. He lost his Dad to a car accident when he was 2 years old, so his Mum has worked tirelessly to provide for Jack and he is a real credit to her, a genuinely good guy.
