Help Russell and Sandy return to China to see their son, Peter. This fund will assist the family with ongoing travel & legal costs.

Peter Gardner is currently detained in China for something he did not knowingly do. He would never intentionally do anything that could harm someone. The 26-year-old has never been in serious trouble with the law.

The ongoing fees for Peter's legal representation have been hugely expensive and difficult for Sandy and Russell to manage.

They are also hoping to fly back to China so they can visit their son again. Help them get there by contributing to this fund.

This family needs help with the expensive legal bills which currently they have solely funded. Any further legal bills for appeals if needed will financially be a burden on this family as have exhausted all financial options. To visit Peter in China is another financial strain but something they hope to do if funding allows.

Peter's Progress to Date 23 July 2015

Peter is an incredibly strong person to be going through what he is enduring at this time.

His next court date will be coming up soon for his verdict. We are all still praying for truth to prevail and Peter's safe return home where he belongs.

Peter has always been a hard worker and has helped many people out when ever they needed a hand, he also is the type of person who would never stand by and see another suffer. Once saving a young girls life from drowning to recently jumping out of a vehicle and chasing down a a bag snatcher who stole from a young pregnant woman with a child in a stroller.
