Raptor Rescue

$585 donated
Given by 10 generous donors in 2 years

Every year the Wingspan National Bird of Prey Centre receives abandoned eggs, rescued and orphaned chicks, and injured adult birds.

Bay of Plenty

We are helping the raptors everyday. Wingspan staff and volunteers rear them, care for them, take them to the vet, build release pens and feeding platforms, band them, train them, and let them go.

Some of our individual raptors can be adopted at the Wingspan Centre, but others require short term care to see them back into the wild as quickly as possible.

For these birds you can give a little that will mean a lot.
