Please help my beautiful friend Sally...

Born with the condition Autosomal Dominant optic Atrophy (which means the nerve in her brain to her eyes are dying) this made her legally blind last year and Sally lost her licence as a result, this has been extremely hard for her. It has stolen her freedom and Independence, There is no cure or guarantee that it will not make her completely blind in the future...

Just to make things worse....

3 years ago at just 29 years old she was also diagnosed with Chronic Pain but without a cause. She has constant pain in the legs and hips, sitting or laying down for extended periods of time will become excruciating. This has meant she had to leave a job she loved.

Living with chronic pain requires very heavy medications, with nasty side effects like anorexia and deterioration of her teeth. This impacts on her everyday life hugely. it limits what she can do including playing and attending to her children aged 5 & 4 years old.

The funds donated will go towards accumulating doctor bills and private care as she has been let down by the public health system who had refused to give her a referral up until now to see a neurologist. If that leads her nowhere, she is hoping to seek medical advice outside this country. Sally refuses to not be given the chance to rule everything out!

Sally would also like to have her teeth fixed as her smile is the only thing she can still manage without effort.
