Tayla was in a serious car accident. She's pretty lucky to be here. So were trying to get some money together to help her out.

Auckland

The accident happened on Reynella Drive, Massey. Speed was a factor which lead the car to become airborne for approx 100m, with the passengers side impacting a tree, then straight through the reserve. Tayla was unable to get out of the vehicle, and had to be cut out by fire services. Which took an hour. Then rushed to Auckland hospital. Due to the accident she unfortunately suffered a crushed T12 vertabrae in her mid back & a cracked vertabrae in her neck. She is still in hospital and has to wear a back body brace. She is so lucky to be here considering all the circumstances. Tayla is going to need weeks to recover, and we will need to care for her once she is allowed home. She needs to purchase a new more supportive bed and items to accompany her slow recovery. As we are all aware a severe back trauma can take time and also needs time and patience whilst it heals. So if we can help accommodate Tayla and make her recovery more comfortable and as pain free as possible, this may help her to a more speedy recovery.
