This page is to help Jess and Caleb out. Andre is 4 months old and has Double right outlet ventricle , vsd and pulmonary atresia. He has just had his 2nd open heart surgery today (16/12/2015). Jess and Caleb live in Christchurch and travel to Auckland for his care. this surgery was not ment to happen untill march next year so as you can imagine things have been tough for them with this not being planned! They have had to drop everything to go so have no income right now. Caleb is having to fly home after Andres out of surgery to work to keep money coming in but if he had a choice i know he would rather stay at the hospital with his wife and baby. So please if you can help they would really appreciate it! every dollar counts and thankyou for reading. feel free to share for them.

Jess and Caleb wanted to post an update for you all.......He is stable at the moment they have the bleeding under control for now but are keeping an eye on it . They still have a few concerns about the function of his heart so will look further into that . He is still on the breathing machine as he is not handling breathing on his own very well still . He's being kept asleep most of the time because he gets very worked up about everything he's attached to when he's awake .

But the progress so far is he is now allowed small amounts of milk through the tube and I got a hold today !

Thank you all so much for all the donations and lovely words we really really appreciate it ! Words can't describe how much we really feel blessed to have so many people that care ! Xx
