Cancer Survivor in need of some Financial Help

My name is Chris, I am 25. I am a Cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma at age 1 1/2. At the time i was the only person to survive this level of Neuroblastoma in the world without a bone marrow transplant. they even did a story on me for the TV show 60 minutes.
I am surviving with one kidney and one adrenal gland. Having constant struggles in my day to day life has made me appreciate what small amount I have.
I can't work full time due to the disabilities caused by chemotherapy and radiation (some of these include, hearing loss, scoliosis and dental issues). I have tried to live a normal life but there are a lot of things I can't do because of my health history.

I don't choose not to work, I was working as a kitchenhand until my back gave me to many issues to continue.
