Jacob's journey

Jacob is a 12 year old boy that has been diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a cancer so rare that only one in three million people get this. He will be spending a lot of time in and out of starship hospital in Auckland for several months, he will be having chemotherapy, 5 weeks of radiation every day. and surgery(hes booked in for surgery on the 23.01.2017) to remove the large tumor. The operation is estimated to take 5 hours. Jacob and his family live in dannevirke, his dad travel's to hastings for work. Jacob is the big brother of Sarah, Ryan and Katie. This is an extremely hard time for Jacob and his family, any help would be greatly appreciated. The funds raised will be used for anything that the family needs, eg petrol for his family traveling to and from Auckland, and anything Jacob needs for his recovery.
