Opie the battler! 3 days missing made his way home with a shattered pelvis broken leg and jaw. Any help is amazing no matter how small

Opie our 9 month old kitten (the black one) was unfortunately run over by a car and just left there to die.
We live in a quiet subdivision so it's a very unfortunate accident.
He managed to make his way home to us three days after he first went missing. We heard meowing and opened the door to him dragging his back end up our footpath barely able to move.
He has a severely broken leg shattered pelvis and a broken jaw, broken teeth and numerous lacerations and bruises. We are amazed he managed to survive for those three days with such extensive injuries.
We rushed him straight into the after hours he has since been transferred to our local vets for monitoring and surgery.
He will have his leg amputated and jaw wired. Which will require a feeding tube and rehabilitation as he will have to learn how to do everything with only 3 legs.
The bill is creeping up day by day any help no matter how small would be very appreciated.
His big brother Jax (grey one) was unfortunately not as lucky when he was hit a few months ago and we found him dead on the side of the road.
Give a little give a lot, any help is very much appreciated and going to a good cause. Please help us get our baby home for Christmas!
