  • Tour Costs Reduced!

    We all got some really good news today!

    Firstly the final costs for the tour have been worked out and it turned out $500.00 less that expected. Then straight after that Rowing New Zealand announced they were able to provide each rowing with an additional subsidy of $681.00 so now the total tour contribution the athletes have to pay is down to$6,318.00

    Thank you to everyone for your support it looks like I'm going to Rio!!!

  • Training Hard

    I took a week off after the trials. It was my first good break for almost 12 months. I have rowed allyear round for the past 2 years.

    It's back to training this week though with on water sessions and Erg's with the RPC 3 days a week and lots of road work on my bike mostly in the rain. I'm feeling good and focused on getting back into it.
