About 3 years ago I was scammed by two brokers who stole a lot of money from me and other victims. Im retiring next year and most of my savings went missing. My story is I raised as much money as I could along with other victims we hired an international law firm from America.
The scammers got caught we are now in a full litigation case and we have won this, all the assests of the scammers have been liquidated, I have spent all my money fighting this case thus far and now need to file a financial claim to get my money back and have been awarded punitive damages. This is the last court action. This is a very good win for the victims.
There is over 70 of us.
The scammers will be doing jail time.
Use of funds
The money will be spent on legal fees to file claim, damages as issued by the courts. If I don't reach the target the money will be used for existing legal expenses. If I win the case the money will be donated back to a charity.
