Please help relieve some financial pressure for this beautiful family after a real rough and stressful few months.

Auckland

Nadia,Daniel and their children have had a rough and stressful few months. On Tuesday the 20th March Nadia, Ayden (4), and Ivy (9weeks), were involved in a serious car accident after a ute was driving on the wrong side of the road on a blind corner resulting in a head on accident. They were airlifted to Auckland hospital. Nadia is in one hospital, and Ayden and Ivy are in starship. Nadia has multiple injuries, 7 broken ribs, A fractured sternum, a fractured ankle requiring surgery and has already recieved surgery for wounds to her abdomen. Poor little Ayden has a fractured neck, is bruised and has a catheter and Ivy has bruising. Daniel is staying in starship with Ayden and Ivy. Nadias younger sister Tiara has been staying with her. Their 5 other children have been staying with their farm bosses.

All this comes only 9 weeks after Nadia had serious complications in her late preganancy resulting in an emergency caesar, 6 blood transfusions and baby Ivy being airlifted to Auckland hospital and spending a month in NICU. As a result of this Ivy has stage 2 HIE.

In the midst of all this they have also moved to a completely new district and Daniel has only just begun a new farm job. Who knows how much more time he will need off whilst Nadia and kids recover.

They need all the support they can get. Please lend them a helping hand and donate. Every little bit will help to relieve some financial pressure.

Update on Nadia & Ayden  26 March 2018

Update: Ayden is now walking around, has to keep his brace on for 6 weeks and take it real easy but he is ticking all the right boxes and within the next 24hrs he will be getting delivered home in an ambulance!! Nadia has been doing well, she is managing to make her way out of bed to chair but still requires an epidural, morphine pump and oral pain meds also. The doctors thought they would try to see how she goes without an epidural and as it wore off she went down in absolute pain, starting have cold sweats and shaking so she has gone back on to meds for now until there has been a bit more healing done. Daniel and Nadia wanted to forward on how thankful they are and really appreciate every bit of help!
