Help restore local iconic building

I'm a single mother of 2 looking for a way to improve my living situation and came across this iconic local building.

Built in 1909 it housed the local Dannevirke printing press for 100yrs it was sold to the previous owner in 2012 whom left it to detoriate.

I thought I could do her up,restore her to her original beauty and run a business that would benefit the community.

That's when a spanner was hoist into the works.

I had to get an i.e.p(earthquake strengthening analysis) done on her per the new regulations and found that the elegant lady was well under the % needed to preserve her for another 100yrs.

The cost surprised me x2 with what i thought it would be.

Please if u can help by giving as little as $1 or sharing this post on yr media sites it will help to keep this local newspaper icon from being tore down and give it a purpose once more.

Funds will go towards the work and materials to strengthening her so she keeps standing.

Also to give her facade a fresh new look and put the original window back in where the aluminum front door is now.
