Please whanau and friends near and far, Trey and his dad Lucky Rayner are in need now more then ever of support.After battling cancer at the age of 7, Trey also has an immune deficiency called HLH and a bone marrow transplant is the only chance he has for a full recovery.Trey has already had a Bone Marrow Transplant that failed,leaving him back at square 1 still in need, the donor is found but Treys health is not 100% as he has been hit with covid after all this and now a very aggressive fungal infection on his lungs. Lucky has finished work so he can commit full time to taking care of his baby in Starship Hospital getting him back to health which is taking a toll on the family financially and emotionally, any bit will help ease the stress for Lucky and Trey and will be very appreciated. Update 3/3 6 March 2023
Trey has been having pain in his leg recently and will be starting a new pain killer today..he will be having a scan towards the end of the week to check the fungal infection so we are preying for some positive results..he has been upto playing his game for a bit with his dad the last few days which is awesome..we will keep posting more regular updates. I have an added a photo of Trey and Lucky from Wednesday
