Fundraising for my colleagues who have had their homes devastated by the typhoon in Cebu/Balamban
International
Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with and managed numerous Filipino Tradesmen here in NZ
I’ve witnessed them work so hard so they can send money back to their families and create an easier and better life back in the Philippines. Paying for quality schooling for their children, to building a home that is not just corrugated iron and mud walls, but homes that are considered beautiful in their villages. All from working hard and living a simple life here in NZ so their families can benefit
In the Cebu region, they’ve been hit hard by Typhoon Tino and its devastated a region called Balamban. 4 of my team members have homes and families here. Their homes are now gone. The government has been slow to assist and families are left on the streets trying to find drinking water and food
Funds raised will go to my 4 team members - Dawn, Vincent, Alfred & Joel to assist their families with the necessities they require
As an example - Dawn has lived in NZ for 10+ years and has saved all his spare money and built a lovely home in 2019 for his family, a home he was very proud of. It has simply washed away now and they have no shelter at all. It’s heartbreaking
Any spare funds you can donate would go a very long way. Thanks for your support! Mabuhay
I’m the manager/company owner of the business Dawn, Vincent, Alfred and Joel work for - SR Solutions Limited
Funds will go towards Necessities such as clean water, food, clothes, temporary accommodation
Last push for my Friends/Colleagues who's homes were damaged in Typhoon Tino in Cebu, Philippines 19 November 2025
Last push to help my friends who have been affected by this horrible Typhoon in Cebu, Philippines
Clean, drinkable water is still very hard to find and food is very basic as no amenities to cook
My friend, Dawn who had his beautiful house demolished in the Typhoon, had his Father pass away a couple of days ago due to not being to get his medicine and treatment and Dawn is now heading home to be with his Family. I had met Dawns Father when I visited Cebu last time and he was an amazing man 🙁
If you are able to donate, even a small amount, this would be much appreciated and would go a very long way to their families in need
Thanks Aunty, much appreciated!!
