Helping our girl Jorja live her best life.

Jorja is a well-loved daughter, friend, student and leader with huge aspirations and potential. She is an incredibly well respected, kind girl who will go out of her way for anyone that needs help. Now it is time for us to help her.

Jorja was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Her health has been deteriorating rapidly and would be much better managed with an insulin pump which comes at high cost- both for the unit and maintenance. This is not an easy cost to manage and we wish to support her wee family by helping raise funds to ease this added stress.

This fund has been created by Jorjas' school kapa haka group that Jorja stands as kaitātaki wāhine for. We have seen her dedication and determination play out so many times this year - even arriving at training pretty much straight from the hospital. We have so much aroha for our girl and want to help her have the best life possible.
