Helping Nicholas fulfill his dreams with his family, creating memories to live in their hearts to infinity and beyond ♥️
Glenfield, Auckland
In Nicholas' 14 years of life, he has been diagnosed with 14 individual conditons.
Including, Delayed Bone Age, (impacting muscle & bone development) & acute Respiratory Illness and more recently a Multisystem Disease where his body isn't working together as it should.
8 months ago he became extremely unwell where he was admitted to hospital as his heart rate was high and his oxygen levels low.
He had a blood infection and was on oxygen for over a month as he couldn't regulate his levels.
After two months in hospital he was discharged and returned to school.
Nicholas was discharged with a oxygen machine to help him breath at night. Illness is more common & recovery longer, due to his underlying conditions.
Despite all Nicholas has been through, he is such a happy, caring and brave young man.
He loves going to the beach, playing Lego, singing & spending time with those he loves.
Most of all, he misses the company of his friends at school, who are so kind & understanding of his situation as he goes in and out of hospital.
Hospital trips, tests and purchasing equipment has placed financial hardship on the family.
Your kind and generous donations, will be used to give Nicholas some unforgettable experiences. He dreams to swim with dolphins, fly in a plane and jetski. Simone has been advised by doctors to begin "Memory Days", so Nicholas and family have fond and joyous memories to live in their minds and hearts forever.
Funds will still be used towards medical related costs also.
Simone (Nicholas's mum) is my second cousin. I offered to support by creating a page to raise contributions on Nicholas's behalf as he is such a beautiful young man who has been through so much in his life.
The funds will contribute to medical related costs and equipment to give Nicholas as much of a normal life, as possible.
Young Nicholas also has a dream to see the snow, which without family and community contribution, will not be able to happen.

Hi All
Firstly a massive thank you to each and everyone of you that has donated or shared this page. I am so grateful for you love and support.
We went to Rotorua and stayed at a lovely place and enjoyed going to the Lion Park and having a chance to feed the lions, we also went on the gondolas which was lots of fun and explored the grounds there. I had no idea that Rotorua was known as Rotavagus 🤣
We swam and explored other parts of this amazing tourist town.
Xx
