Help get Lynn & Wayne to Rio Olympics to watch their champion son Brook Robertson compete in the Kiwi 8 Rowing Event!

$7,224 donated
Given by 70 generous donors in around 6 months

Lynn & Wayne Robertson wish to go to the Rio Olympics to watch their champion son, Brook Robertson, compete in the Kiwi 8 rowing race.

Nelson / Tasman

Lynn & Wayne are such devoted, proud parents and for them to be able to get to the Rio Olympics to witness their eldest son Brook compete in the Kiwi 8 Rowing event would be a dream come true.

Brook has absolutely blown his parents away with his championship rowing skills and his commitment to new Zealand as a sportsman. It is such a huge achievement for Brook and for his parents to be by his side would mean the world to them.

Funds are very tight at the moment for the Robertson's so anything that you could donate would be very much appreciated and never forgotten.

Lets get Lyn and Wayne to Rio Olympics to watch rowing son's involvement (page creator)

Lynn and Wayne are very dear friends of mine and they have been through a lot as a family. I am doing everything in my power to make this trip happen for them as I know how much this would mean to them.

THANK YOU EVERYBODY  1 April 2016

Thank you so much to everyone who has kindly donated to this page for the Robertson family.

With your generous donations and help from VW NZ, who are part of the NZ Olympic Committee and Rowing NZ, Brook's family are now able to attend the Rio Olympics.

Due to ill health Brook's father cannot attend but their younger son Balin will accompany his mother. VW NZ has been able to secure tickets for all of Brook's races and even the opening ceremony, so Bravo to you all!

Kindest Regards,

Jenny

I know you will make it to Rio to see your son. My family will be there and cheer for him too. The "packages" are stupid expensive but if you can get a flight to Rio, Airbnb still has places to stay at reasonable prices. Good luck! Go Vols! Go Kiwis!
