Help Nicole and Chris Stay Together
Nicole is from Romania has been denied residency and faces leaving her young son behind in New Zealand

Nicole moved to New Zealand and started a relationship with a New Zealand man and they had a child together, Christian. Nicole had to leave this relationship for her own personal safety. She has a voluntary undertaking from her ex partner, through the family court, that he only has supervised visits with Chris.
Nicole has applied for and been denied residency and so faces deportation. Her lawyer is appealing this decision but as you will be aware this costs a lot of money.
Nicole fears what will happen to her son if she has to leave him behind and is so bereft at the thought of being apart from him.
Nicole works full time and is self supporting financially for both her and Chris. If she had to leave Chris, she is worried about who would take care of him.
Nicole is not asking for any money to support her and Chris but she would appreciate some help with her immigration appeals please.

I am a mother and I know that if I had to leave my children I would be broken hearted. Nicole is a good person who deserves to remain here with her son so she can support him emotionally and financially.
