Helping my extended family get back on their feet. The money will be used for fees and school related expenses.

I'm fundraising for my cousins A and D in Bombay, India. They are both well-behaved and lovely children who are too mature for their own good. Their father is 56 years old and works for Sahara India Limited. For the past year, Sahara has been in crisis with the owner's arrest and subsequent problems with the company. There has been no income since then. And to top it all, their house got burgled. All the cash, jewellery and quite a few other items were taken. Recently, they sold all their furniture for some added income and moved into a relatives' place to save the rent. My aunty and her husband have dissolved all their savings and insurance accounts. They have no other funds or assets to rely upon for a rainy day.
A is 12 years and D is 15. As kids, they don't have any demands and it breaks my heart to see how much they understand their parents' situation. I can't bring back the stolen cash or pay them a monthly income, however, I can make life a little easier for them. This money will help them with the upcoming tuition fees (school term starts mid-year in Bombay) and other school related expenses for this year and the next. D is a really good dancer and it helps her to not think about her family's situation. I'm hoping that she'll be able to go back to her classes as well.
My family in India pitches in when they can however it's not easier for them as well. With my aunty's health deteriorating everyday, I fear the worst. I helped look after the kids for as long as I can remember which makes it all the more reason to help them.
Thanks for all you help and your time spent reading this.
Be Blessed.
I'm involved because it's for my cousins, my extended family. I helped look after the kids and share a special bond with them. The family has always helped others, family and strangers, financially and by just been there.
Part of the school fees paid 26 June 2015
We paid the school fees for Aadi and part of Ditu's tuition fees. The family is immensely grateful for all the support extended to them from NZ and Givealittle.
Thanks heaps! It helps knowing awesome people like you :)
