Save the Hicks Bay Wharf

$840 of $500,000 goal
Given by 8 generous donors in around 5 months

Help us to save the Hicks Bay Wharf, an iconic feature of the landscape for our visitors and important food source access for locals.

Gisborne

The hapu Te Whanau-a-Tuwhakairiora, and Te Whanau a Te Aotaki, along with the community of Wharekahika (Hicks Bay) need your support to help us save our Wharf. The wharf has offered thousands of visitors and locals over the years a place to fish, to play, to celebrate, to spend time with family, to create memories. It needs significant funding to help to make it safe, and also to fix and maintain it. If you have enjoyed the wharf, and would like your children and grandchildren to continue enjoying the wharf, your koha (Donation) would be MUCH appreciated.
