Hipped to be square. Arthritis sucks!

Right now, I can barely walk.

I have severe osteoarthritis in one hip (thankfully the other one is only moderate). I am on the waiting list for a Total Hip Replacement and one step away from knowing when that will be. I have extreme difficulty walking, standing, getting in and out of bed, getting in and out of chairs, even using the toilet (shame)! I am in constant, unrelenting pain and this has had a profound effect on my mental health, work life, relationships... every part of my life. But I am very grateful there is a light at the end of the tunnel for me. I am asking for help with...

Pre surgery physio (I want the best chance I can have)

Living costs during my 6-8 weeks recovery period (there is never enough annual or sick leave right)

Post surgery physio and my big dream... a Restorative Exercise Specialist (I truly dream of this).
