Watching Nash fight Stage 4 rectal cancer breaks my heart, please help me support her ongoing treatment and give her the strength and hope.
Auckland
Two years ago, Nash was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer. With the help of 150 generous donors through her earlier Givealittle page (https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/help-our-beloved-nash-heal-from-cancer), she began urgent radiation therapy and chemotherapy. That kindness gave her hope during one of the darkest times of her life.
Despite enduring treatment with remarkable courage, her cancer has progressed to Stage 4, spreading to her liver and lungs. She is now undergoing a second, intensive regime of chemotherapy. She has been in and out of hospice care during some incredibly difficult periods, yet she continues to fight with strength and quiet grace.
Nash is living with me as part of my family, and I see firsthand the pain, exhaustion, and determination she carries each day. Even in her hardest moments, she remains kind, compassionate, and grateful.
Before cancer, Nash dedicated her life to caring for her parents through their serious illnesses, working in Singapore to support them. After their passing, she came to New Zealand to pursue her education only to face this diagnosis a year later.
Her insurance covers only a small portion of expenses, and she has been self-funding and her savings are now completely exhausted.
Our goal of $65,000 will help cover chemotherapy, scans, specialist care, and essential medical costs so her treatment can continue without interruption.
Every donation or even sharing her story brings hope, relief, and strength. Thank you for standing with Nash in this fight. 💛
I am her confidante and Nash’s support family, living with her and witnessing every moment of her courage, pain, and strength as she bravely fights Stage 4 rectal cancer. I stand by her to help carry this heavy journey.
The goal will help cover:
• Chemotherapy (Avastin + Lonsurf ) = $62,733
• CT scans, PET scans, and diagnostic tests = 2,267
This funding will help ensure she can continue treatment and without the constant fear of how the next bill will be paid.
