A family who recently left Gloriavale, has lost everything in a freak house fire.

Will you help our friends? A family of eight who recently left the Gloriavale community, lost everything in a house fire on our farm when lightning struck on Sept 25th 2021. Thankfully no one was harmed.
This family has been trying to get things going and now it’s been taken away. Mum is having a baby in less than 3 weeks, so we’re keen to help out.
This family are top quality and we’d love to get in and see if we can raise some funds to help them establish themselves again.
The local west coast community has been great and is rallying around them offering support. Funds will go directly to the family to help them establish themselves again.
The farmer has his own insurance for the house and contents he provided. However the couple did not yet have their own insurance.

Many thanks to the generous people who have donated to this Givealittle page, and who have offered goods and help. The family are extremely thankful, and they said their needs are being met abundantly above all that they ask or think. They have moved into another suitable property - just in time for the birth of their next baby. The family are in good spirits and are taking things in their stride. Thanks again.
